Handler of the Year

The Handler of the Year Award honors the handler who has gone above and beyond - not just for their pup, but for the entire SEA-PAH community.

Great handlers do more than guide. They create safety, build trust, and model the kind of leadership that makes the pack stronger. Whether through event organizing, community advocacy, behind-the-scenes work, or simply showing up with unwavering consistency, the Handler of the Year demonstrates what it means to lead by example.

The award recipient is selected by the Board of Directors, typically announced at Best in Show.
